A semi-detached house in Forte dei Marmi. The house dates back to the early 1900s and was renovated and plastered between the 60s and 70s. The project aimed to restore the building’s original morphological conditions. With the removal of the external plasters we have exposed the stone, for a refined and elegant end result. The external interventions concerned the accesses to the house, both for vehicles and pedestrians, and the construction of a pergola in line with the aesthetics of the house. Inside the villa all the finishes have been revisited, from floors and up to the bathrooms renovations and refurbishments. All electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems have been completely redone.
