With Villa Anna all the classic frameworks of a sea side villa were broken. That what was imagined by Charmitaliastudio and created by us was something completely new and particularly delicate, where lighting had an fundamental role thanks to big windows and the choice of light-colored materials. Also innovative was the parking area in which permeable resin gravel was used as well as the electrical system that allowed the integration of retractable televisions in the ceiling.
